In Augusr 2020 Kansas filed a lawsuit against the U.S. 2020 while the Crosswinds Casino was under construction. This authorizes the federal government to transfer the tribe's 10.24-acre casino site located in Park City into federal trust for the purpose of gaming. 2020 and the Federal Register recorded it June 3, 2020.
